Standard Delivery: 3-5 working days for in-stock items.
Express Delivery: 1-2 working days (available on selected products).

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you can return it to us within 14 days of delivery.

- Items must be in their original, unused condition.
- Custom-cut rubber sheets or bespoke matting are non-returnable unless faulty.
- Returns must be accompanied by the original delivery note.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
